When you submit the “Get My Quote” enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode or suburb, project interest, and any message you write. When you submit a design from the Design Studio, we collect your name, contact details, the product and wall placement you configured, any message you write, and — only if you choose to attach one — a photo of your home.
Enquiry form submissions are sent to our CRM (Zoho) so our team can follow up about your project, and kept in our internal records (Railway) for that purpose. Design Studio submissions, including any photo you attach, are emailed to our team through our email provider (Resend) so we can follow up about your design. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you send are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model that powers it) in order to generate a reply. We also keep a record of chat conversations in our internal records (Railway), reviewed by our team to understand how the assistant is used and where its answers could be improved. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
This website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — it records anonymised session behaviour (clicks, scrolling, page navigation) and sets cookies to do so. Clarity masks sensitive content (like form field values) by default. Microsoft acts as a processor of this data; see Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic and how visitors find and use the site, which sets cookies and shares anonymised usage data with Google.
